Mission statement: The Firm desires to provide effective representation in the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims in the State of Florida at a reasonable cost.

Since its founding in 1989 the Firm has represented not only Carriers but also large self-insured employers, as well as many governmental entities. This direct contact with adjusters as well as in-house risk managers and settlement committees has fostered responsiveness and attention to detail that facilitates the prompt resolution of claims. The attorneys make every effort to understand the needs and goals of our clients and to exceed their expectations. Several clients have requested the Firm represent them on a statewide basis. However, attorneys for the Firm primarily represent employers’ interests from Orlando to Miami. Every effort is made in scheduling to split travel time among several matters to reduce the burden on any one employer. Members of the Firm not only appear in front of the Judges of Compensation Claims but also handle appellate matters in front of the First District Court of Appeal.
